Ms. Hudson has been named Teacher of the Year and Mrs. Glover is our SPARK of the Year.
Ms. Hudson joined MMS in 2015 as a 6th grade math teacher. She has taught intensive, regular and advanced math classes. Ms. Hudson offers tutoring after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:00.

The Mulberry Middle Parent Resource Center will be open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00-3:30 and Tuesday, Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
The Books Bridge Bus will be available every Tuesday from 1:30 – 4:30
Beginning the first week of October, the math department will be offering tutoring from 4:00-5:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check with teachers for additional times.
During the second and third 9 weeks, all MMS students are expected to read 2 fiction and 2 non-fiction book on their reading level and pass an Accelerated Reader test on each. The media center will open for book check out shortly after school starts, and teachers may have AR books available from their classroom libraries. Students must pass the AR tests to receive full credit for their grade in Language Arts and Reading classes. Students who meet their quarterly reading goal with AR test scores of 80% or higher earn $100 Panther Bucks to spend at the AR Store. Once a student meets their quarterly AR Goal, they can earn $50 Panther Bucks for each additional book they read and score 80% or higher on the AR test. The books must be within or above their ZPD/Lexile reading.
